Three candidates certified ahead of April 4 board election

The Riverview Gardens School District (RGSD) has three open seats for the Special Administrative Board of Education. The positions are for three-year terms and the newly elected members will join the Board at the April 11, 2023 Open Session board meeting. Three citizens have filed their candidacy for the three open positions on the Special Administrative Board of Education.  As a result, RGSD is not required to hold an election on April 4, 2023.

The certified candidates are:

• Sharon C. Titsworth for Director
• Jacqueline S. Jackson for Director
